Silicon Steel Coil Coater (Roll Coater for CA / DCL / FCL Lines)

A high-speed roll coater engineered for continuous silicon steel processing lines — applicable to CA Line (Continuous Annealing Coating), DCL Line (Decarburization Annealing Coating) and FCL Line (Final / Hot Leveling Coating). It applies insulation coatings (phosphate, epoxy, polyester, MgO slurry, etc.) uniformly onto both surfaces of running strip before drying and sintering.
