Used for continuous Tension Leveling of strip steel to eliminate shape defects such as edge waves, center buckles, and coil breaks. It improves strip flatness and relieves residual stress.

4. Equipment Specifications
23-Roller Precision Leveler:

Primarily composed of the lower frame assembly, upper frame assembly, upper roll unit, lower roll unit, and sensor devices.
The flatness of the coiled strip heavily depends on the performance of the leveler. Prior to the strip entering the leveler, the Work Rolls are pre-adjusted based on the incoming material thickness and flatness status. If the flatness requirement is not met after passing through the equipment, the machine can be stopped (or kept running) for readjustment until the desired flatness is achieved.

· Removal of Residual Stress: Eliminates internal stresses within the titanium strip, preventing distortion during subsequent cutting, stamping, or slitting operations and ensuring final part dimensional stability.

· Ensuring Production Continuity: With a maximum line speed of 100 m/min and a robust threading speed of 15 m/min, the machine maintains a stable tension of 70 KN. The pre-adjustment function minimizes downtime, allowing for rapid correction without halting the entire production line.
