Jiade Aluminum plate tension Levelers (stretch-bending levelers) combine the advantages of continuous Tension Leveling and roller leveling.

They eliminate internal residual stresses in plates through composite plastic deformation via a "tension + bending" mechanism.

· High-Efficiency Elimination of Shape Defects: Completely resolves post-cold-rolling issues such as edge waves, center buckles, quarter buckles, and camber. Achieves flatness control within 3-5 I-Units.

· Improved Material Workability: Eliminate the metal yield plateau and prevent slip line formation, so that the sheet metal deforms more evenly during subsequent deep drawing or shaping, reducing stamping scrap rates.

· Low Operating Costs: Requires only 1/3 to 1/5 of the tension needed for pure stretch leveling to achieve equivalent results, resulting in lower energy consumption and reduced equipment load.

Core Selection Parameters

· Thickness & Roll System Matching:

o For thin aluminum coils (0.1–2 mm), a fine roll pitch and multi-roll systems (15–21 rolls) are required to ensure precision.

o For thick aluminum plates (3–12 mm), large-diameter rolls (φ80–120 mm) and a high-rigidity machine frame are necessary to prevent deformation.

· Anti-Scratch Roll Surface Treatment: For high-gloss, mirror-finish, or anodized aluminum plates, the roll system must feature a finely finished surface roughness (Ra ≤ 0.8 μm) or utilize special anti-scratch designs such as nylon-coated rolls.

· Intelligent Control Systems: Prioritize equipment equipped with high-precision elongation closed-loop control, full digital setting, and recipe management capabilities.
