The 0.08–0.8mm high-precision brass strip Tension Leveling machine is a high-precision flatness finishing equipment developed by our company for the production of metal sheets and strips.

It features low cost, good flatness, and a high degree of automation. This machine has obtained a national utility model patent.

The machine adopts a pre-bending leveling and fine leveling process.

Through the combined bending and leveling process, it improves the shape defects of rolled metal strips and evens out the internal residual stress of the strips.

The straightness of the leveled product is less than 5I, approaching the advanced foreign level.

It can be applied to high-precision copper strips and stainless steel strips.
