Work Rolls

In tension Levelers, they operate in conjunction with the tensioning system to induce cyclic bending in strip materials beyond their yield limit, thereby eliminating shape defects and enhancing mechanical properties. In Multi-roll Straighteners, the staggered roll arrangement facilitates continuous elastic-plastic bending to correct non-uniform curvature. The use of small-diameter rolls enables precise control while preventing surface indentation, directly improving the final flatness and surface quality of the finished product.
