Core Process

The Jiade Two-Bending & One-Leveling Scale Breaker is a high-efficiency finishing machine specifically engineered for the surface pretreatment of hot-rolled strips. Its name derives from the unique "Two-Bending & One-Leveling" composite process. Under controlled tension, the strip passes through two sets of small-diameter bending rolls, inducing severe reverse bending that causes the hard surface oxide scale to fatigue, crack, and flake off. Immediately following this, the strip enters a large-diameter leveling roll to rectify any micro-waves generated by the bending, restoring optimal flatness.
