The turret-type double blade scrap chopper is designed to continuously cut metal edge trimmings generated from Side Trimmers. Targeted for 24-hour continuous metallurgical processing lines, it solves the pain point of production halt caused by scrap chopper blade replacement. As one core auxiliary equipment matched with Jiade Side edge trimmer, it delivers stable scrap disposal for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and silicon strip production.

JiaDe integrates years of experience in strip processing line design. The turret scrap chopper adopts dual-head rotating structure, realizing online switching between working head and standby head, ensuring non-stop scrap cutting for Continuous Galvanizing Lines, pickling lines and annealing lines.
