Jiade 23-roller tension leveler straightens hard/semi-hard stainless steel, titanium, copper and nickel strips of 0.02–0.8mm thickness and 350–1250mm width at max 200m/min, adjusting lower roller crown to fix local flatness defects and deliver finished strip flatness of 3~5I, with customized sizes available per client’s site requirements.

Detailed Description

The 23-roller series Tension Leveler is suitable for straightening hard or semi-hard precision stainless steel strip, titanium strip, and copper alloy strip. It can achieve precise straightening of the strip by adjusting the crown of the lower roller system to address local defects in the incoming strip shape.
